Read These Policies Before Sending Any Tools For Sharpening

  • Our in-shop time for all sharpening jobs is 1 to 3 working days from the day we receive the job.
  • If we ever encounter a problem or have a question about your job, we will contact you immediately to keep you informed.
  • If you are not completely satisfied with the sharpening of any tool, we will re-sharpen it for free.
  • If you are still not satisfied, we will refund the cost of sharpening on that particular tool.
  • Any problems with your order must be brought to our attention within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • If we ever ruin a tool during sharpening, we will replace it free of charge with a comparable new one.
  • We do not replace carbide teeth on adjustable or wobble style dados or saw blades with a kerf of less than .100″
  • We are not responsible for lost router bit bearings. They should be removed before being sent for sharpening.
  • We are not responsible for damaged tools due to improper packaging. Please wrap and secure tools before shipping.
  • We reserve the right not to sharpen any tool that we judge to be in unsafe condition.
